We currently deliver to 90% of UK mainland postcodes, which are shown in green on the map below. Please see our Delivery Information page for further details.

Standard weekday delivery is free of charge on any order value. We currently deliver to over 85% of UK mainland postcodes.

Add an item to the basket and when you enter your postcode at checkout you will be advised if we deliver to your area. If we do, you can also select a preferred delivery date.

Our bulk bags and pallets are non-returnable – we ask you to please dispose of them responsibly, or re-use them – our bulk bags make great garden waste sacks!

Saturday (usually 8am-1pm) deliveries are available for an additional charge of £48 per delivery, except in the following postcode areas: AB, DD, IV, KW, PA20+, PH6-11 & PH15+.

Orders must be placed with us by 3pm on Thursday for Saturday delivery.

(Please note: deliveries of turf cannot be made on the Saturday after Good Friday.)

It is better if you are in to accept the delivery. We are able to deliver if you are not present and the driver will determine the most appropriate positioning for your goods. With unattended deliveries, Topsoil.co.uk cannot accept any liability for theft, product deterioration or consequences arising from the positioning of your delivery.

Kerbside delivery means that the delivery will be placed as close to your property as possible, as deemed safe and practical by the driver.

To avoid damage to your property by heavy vehicles, deliveries can be made to kerbside only. This means we undertake to place the goods as close to your property as deemed safe by the driver.

Topsoil.co.uk products are delivered on pallets and are generally off-loaded using a tail lift and positioned using a manual pallet truck. Manual pallet trucks can only operate on a flat, level, concreted, or similar firm surface. They cannot operate on slopes, gravel, earth, grass or any other type of non-solid surface.

If you have any concerns about delivery, please contact us as other options may be available.

Delivery is to kerbside only. All of our products are delivered on pallets and will usually be offloaded using hydraulic tail-lift and pallet truck, therefore cannot be lifted over a hedge or fence. For further information please see our Delivery Policy.

Once you have placed your order we will send an email confirming your purchase and delivery details. If the email does not reach you, please check your junk or spam folder; if it still hasn’t arrived, please contact us.

Please leave your contact number and instructions in the delivery notes section if you would like the driver to contact you on the day of delivery and they will endeavour to do so. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a call ahead from the delivery driver, as it is not always possible for the driver to stop to make a call.

You will not receive a separate email to notify you that the order has been despatched.

Unfortunately tracking isn’t available with the third party carrier we use. Deliveries will be made anytime between 8am and 6pm. Due to high order and enquiry volumes currently, we are not able to provide ETAs for deliveries.

If you provide a valid email address during checkout you will receive a confirmation email which contains full details of your order; this is also your VAT invoice.

If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will endeavour to fulfil your request.

If your order has not been despatched, we will cancel the order and you will be refunded in full.

If your order has already been despatched, we will request the products are returned to us or it can be refused at point of delivery. The cost of returning the goods to Topsoil.co.uk will be deducted from any refund due. N.B. Twinstaks may not be split.

Please note, depending on the product, orders can be despatched up to 3 working days before delivery, or earlier if delivery is to a postcode where extended lead times are required.
